It has a small bathroom which includes a shower cubicle, wash hand basin with cupboard and a electric cassette toilet. It has a very efficient gas oven & hob, fridge which can be run on gas or electric. Very efficient fire and blow heating throughout which can be run on gas or electric. Plenty of storage space both under seating and also overhead cupboards to the front/side/rear of the caravan. A good sized wardrobe which is situated above fire and keeps clothes lovely and warm in the winter. Good sized front storage locker can hold 2 gas bottles amongst other things. It has good condition green carpets for the floors which are removable. It is KRIS registered. We are including in the sale a full sized SPA Pyramid Awning. This awning is very hard wearing for use on seasonal pitches. Also included is a caravan cover to be used for storing caravan in the winter time. All appliances etc in full working order. The caravan is situated at a storage site and can be viewed in the early evening or daytime on the weekends.
